These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by AI-COMM.PRO, including AI audits, AI implementation, AI agent management, AI team training, fractional AI leadership, and related services.
AI-COMM.PRO provides consulting and implementation services in the field of artificial intelligence. Services include, in particular:
— AI Audit (analysis and identification of opportunities)
— AI implementation and development of systems and workflows
— AI agent management
— AI team training and enablement
— Fractional AI leadership (strategic guidance and execution)
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective offer or individual agreement.
The first-step service, the AI Audit, is a time-defined consulting service (90 minutes) designed to identify opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence within a business. The service includes analysis, evaluation, and actionable recommendations.
A contract is formed once a session for the AI Audit is booked and payment has been successfully completed.
All prices are stated in euros. Payment is required in advance for the AI Audit via the provided payment methods. A booking is only confirmed after successful payment.
The service is delivered at the scheduled time via an online meeting (e.g. video conference). The client is responsible for being available and prepared.
The consultation is based on the information available at the time. No guarantee is given for business outcomes. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded where legally permitted.
German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
